The companies will prepare own waybills and supporting documents

Henceforth, companies will be responsible for generating their own waybills and associated documents. Taxpayers will now independently handle the creation and printing of their waybills, accompanying letters for goods, and travel maps, ensuring compliance with the mandatory elements specified for primary documents.

The Ministry of Finance's proposed project suggests removing the centralized printing of these documents from the State Tax Service's responsibilities. This entails eliminating the State Tax Service's tasks related to centralized printing, registration, accounting, storage, and issuance of specific standard regime primary documents, such as the goods accompanying notification and the travel map, as outlined in the current legislation.

To comply with the Law on Accounting and Financial Reporting, the documents must be meticulously prepared, granting taxpayers the autonomy to independently generate and print travel maps and accompanying letters for goods.
