Highlights the Role of Female Entrepreneurs Bălți, December 6, 2024 – Last week, the city of Bălți hosted the event "Step Forward: Empowering Communities Through Socio-Economic Empowerment", an outstanding initiative led by People in Need, which brought together over 200 participants eager to transform their lives and communities.

Tatiana Nița, internationally accredited expert in entrepreneurial competencies and CEO of the business consulting company One Note SRL, was once again invited to the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM) to provide valuable training to master’s students from the Foreign Trade and Customs Activity and International Transactions and Economic Diplomacy programs. During this session, the students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial environment and business models in the context of economic globalization.

In a gesture of solidarity and support for Ukrainian refugees temporarily settled in the city of Cahul, Republic of Moldova, as well as at the request of the NGO "LAOLALTA," our company organized a special training session on integration into the local entrepreneurial environment. The event took place in an atmosphere of openness and commitment, where the 20 participants had the opportunity to learn about registering legal entities and the specific fiscal aspects of entrepreneurial activities in Moldova.

Today, "One Note" LLC launched the first training session dedicated to those who intend to start their own business in the Republic of Moldova. Among the participants were women with well-defined ideas, convinced that through their personal business, they will achieve not only remarkable results but also numerous opportunities to fulfill their proposed goals and plans.

Henceforth, companies will be responsible for generating their own waybills and associated documents. Taxpayers will now independently handle the creation and printing of their waybills, accompanying letters for goods, and travel maps, ensuring compliance with the mandatory elements specified for primary documents.

According to a previously adopted government decision, as of January 1, 2024, the minimum wage is set at 5,000 lei (260 euro) per month with an average monthly working time of 169 hours, which amounts to 29.58 lei per hour. Prior to this, the minimum wage in Moldova, in both the real and budget sectors, was the same, amounting to 4,000 lei per month with an average monthly working time of 169 hours (23.67 lei per hour).
